Hello all: I have an HP LaserJet MFP M140w printer and cannot get copies. The off-on light is blinking and It appears to be connected to Wi-Fi. When I press the Print button, nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated. All I need is copies of existing print.

Hi @PrintAmateur101,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the issue you're facing with your HP LaserJet MFP M140w printer, where it appears offline and the power light is blinking, may be related to connectivity or printer settings. Since your main goal is to make copies of existing prints, let's focus on troubleshooting the copying function.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Wait for the printer to reconnect to Wi-Fi and ensure the power light stops blinking.
Check Printer Status:
- Ensure that the printer is not in sleep mode. You can usually wake it up by pressing any button on the control panel.
- Verify that the Wi-Fi light is solid, indicating a stable connection to the network.
Reset the Printer:
- Perform a factory reset on the printer:
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons for 5-10 seconds until the power light starts blinking.
- Release the buttons and wait for the printer to restart.
- Reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the HP Smart app.
Perform a Test Copy:
- Place the document you want to copy on the scanner glass.
- Press the Copy button on the printer control panel to make a copy.
- If the printer is still not responding, proceed to the next step.
Check the Printer's Connection and Driver:
- On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Make sure the HP LaserJet MFP M140w is listed and set as the default printer.
- If it's listed as offline, right-click on it and select Use Printer Online.
- Ensure that the printer driver is up to date. You can update it via the HP Smart app or Windows Update.
Hard Reset the Printer:
- If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, perform a hard reset:
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 2-3 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
If the printer still does not respond, the blinking power light might indicate a more specific error
