Verify Printer Status on Windows
- Printer Settings: Go to the Control Panel on your computer, select "Devices and Printers" and check if the printer appears in the list.
- Use Printer Online: If the printer is indicated as offline, right-click on the printer icon, and select “Use Printer Online”.
Configure Wireless Settings
- Check Wireless Connection: If your printer is connected wirelessly, verify the connection by printing a network configuration page from the printer.

Firewall and Security Settings
- Firewall Restrictions: Ensure that any firewall settings on your computer are not blocking the printer from connecting.
- Network Discovery: Make sure network discovery is enabled on your computer.
Printer Reset
- Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Network Reset: Try resetting the network settings on the printer.
Additional Tips
- Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer that might resolve connectivity issues.
