Product: HP Officejet Pro 7720

I have recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11, now my printer will only print in Greyscale. When I go into Settings, than Printer Properties - Advanced - Document Options. There is only the greyscale and monochrome option. However, when I do a test print, the colour comes out on the test page.

It seems to be a common problem with printer drivers in various (fresh installed) windows versions.

 

Based on this article How can I fix printing grayscale problems on HP Printers (windowsreport.com)

HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads 

 

I removed the printer driver completely and reinstalled it with HP Smart - App.
