HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

When I print, the printer is not printing all pages. It prints pages 1, 3, 5, etc. and I can't get it to do everything. How do I fix this?

Also the last page printed stops part way through and doesn't fully dispense the paper. I have to cancel for it to then do that.

Hi @DCJesse,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why your HP printer is only printing odd pages. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check printer settings: Make sure that the printer settings are configured to print on both sides of the paper. If the printer is set to print on only one side, it will only print the odd pages.
  • Check document settings: If you are printing from a document, make sure that the document settings are configured to print on both sides of the paper. If the document is set to print on only one side, it will only print the odd pages.
  • Check printer driver: Make sure that the printer driver is up-to-date and correctly installed. A corrupt or outdated driver could cause issues with printing.
  • Restart printer and computer: Try restarting both the printer and computer. Sometimes this can help clear any temporary issues.
  • Check paper tray: Ensure that the paper tray is loaded correctly and that the paper size and type match the settings in the print dialog box.
  • Clean print heads: If the printer has not been used for some time, it may have clogged print heads. Try cleaning the print heads using the printer's maintenance menu.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
