My HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227 fdn only prints page 1 and 2 (front and back) of a multipage document on one particular website.  I researched the issue and was led to a suggestion to try "restoring the print spooler service. Go to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > find "Print Spooler" then right click it and select restart." Problem is when I go the control panel there is no Administrative Tools to select. I see Services but Print Spooler was not listed.  So, why does it only print page 1 and 2 (and if I select pages e.g. 5-6 it still only prints pages 1 and 2) and how to fix it? I am using a iOS Sonoma (it also does not print multi pages from my laptop (Monterey) nor from the iPad (iOS 17). TY
