Product: HP 6520
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

New cartridges; hard reset; cleaned ink heads; will not print from computer or copy from printer; Mac-latest upgrade; HP 6520 latest upgrade.  Will scan ok.  I'm about to lose my mind!  Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Mia, I was having the same issue with my HP ENVY 6055 ALL-IN-ONE. I researched on Google what the possible issue could be. I came across a video on Youtube, that suggested to let the ink bottom of the cartridge soak in a half alcohol and half water mixture on a plate for a few moments, then apply a paper towel on the bottom. Blot dry it, make sure its completely dry then put back into the printer. I tested the cartridges on my fingers and notice that the ink wasn't as bright and wet as it should be. So I tried this method and it worked wonders, just make sure the ink cartridges are completely dry before putting back into your printer. Test on fingers first to see if maybe its a little dry and maybe its clogged. Happy Printing 🙂
