I have a HP Deskjet 4152 series printer that every time I start to print, a pop up comes up and is showing the "Print on both sides instructions" and I cannot get rid of it so looking for some answers if possible...My laptop is fairly new and has the Windows 11 operating system on it...It started out printing without the pop up and then one day it just started appearing and now won't go away...I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled but has not made a difference.

Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only
- Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
File name: HPEasyStart-13.6.5-DJP4100_51_4_4868_1_Webpack.exe (195.4 MB) - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
Kind Regards

Try this:
A) Printer settings Duplexer:
Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed
If not, change to installed.
B) Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory:
Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
Which software is used for printing?

Actually Andr-1611, I retried the original procedure you explained thinking I might have done something wrong or out of sequence and when I rebooted the pc, the pop up no longer appeared so I thank you for your help...
