I bought black ink recently (1 week ago), for my printer. Although the printer is able to use color and the color cartridges are depleted, i only replaced the black ink cartridge. I print all documents on black and white setting on my printer, and it worked perfect for a few days. However, now all print jobs are completely blank, despite choosing a black and white setting. Any advise?

Hi @Neeks82

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Press and hold the Start Copy Color button on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix "Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
