My printer has been printing blank pages. We haven’t used it for a long time for that reason. My ink cartridges show that they are full. I decided to look at the cartridges and noticed that they were put in incorrectly (another family member had installed them). Now that they have been fixed and it said “ready to print” the pages still printed blank. Could it be because the ink is expired? Or since they were put in wrong and been sitting like that for a while? I’m just unsure if I buy new cartridges it will fix the problem or if the printer head needs to be cleaned?

@Yankees2, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that the printer prints blank pages, even before replacing the inks, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document Faded, Missing, or Dull Colors in Printouts.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
