Recently had Windows 10 installed but have had no problem printing in black. However, today all black is coming out green. I have not been using the printer so much recently so I changed both the black cartridges (Photo) and also changed the Magenta as read in previous threads this could be problem. Should I now change the other two cartridges or is there a simpler solution?
When I printed on my previous version of Windows I was able to select print in Black but now I only have two options - print in grayscale or in colour - both selections give me green type.

It sounds like it could be one of the following:
1) The head needs cleaning (you can usually do this in the maintenance settings of the printer software)
2) The Black ink might be past it's date.
When printing in Colour or Grayscale (Black & white), it will usually automatically select which cartridges to use, pure blacks will almost always come from the black cartridge regardless of colour/grayscale option, to the best of my knowledge there is no way to force Colour cartridges (depending on your machine).
Also try printing out a test page (printer settings), to see what the status is on the individual inks.
