Product: Officejet pro 8025

Printer prints too high and cuts off the top of the page. This happens with any paper size other than letter. We have tried every option we’ve read on this forum. Unplugging, resetting, doing an alignment scan, taking cartridges out and putting back in, gone through all settings that are available. Each print gets higher, cutting off more and more.
