HP F2110 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an older All In One printer that has always worked perfectly for me. I tried to print something last night and everytime the colour green was susposed to print it printed blue instead. I replaced the coloured cartridge and still got blue instead of green. I have tried everything I can think of but can't get the printer to print in green. The weird thing is that I  photocopied a picture with lots of green and it printed the green perfectly.  Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printing issue.

 

I understand that you are using an HP Deskjet F2110 All-in-One Printer with a Windows 10 computer and greens are printing blue, but colors are right when you are copying. I would like to help with that.

 

The fact that it can copy fine kind of indicates that the printer should be functioning. Here is a support document intended for use with this issue so you can be sure - Wrong Colors.

 

Next, download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to check on the installed software. This tool can diagnose and fix many printing and printer software issues.

 

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
