Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, suddenly my Envy 5530 is printing emails (Thunderbird) only in small newspaper like columns, not as they are formatted when they come in.  I would appreciate any advice to fix this, it does all other printing perfectly.

This seems like an application specific issue with Thunderbird. You may either contact the app developer/Mozilla support or reinstall the application as other documents are working fine.

 

Also, try Updating the printer firmware and check if that helps.

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Thank you, Kumar, you are right, it was Thunderbird, but it seems that a margin was set to 5 inches instead of .05 on the right which caused the issue, it's fixed now, and I appreciate very much this input and have downloaded the newer firmware as well.
