Printer prints 1-3 garbled letters on the top of every single page in paper tray and NEVER STOPS. Asks to load paper when tray is empty.

Nothing I do fixes it.

Why is so hard for a big corporation to provide help to its customers. It send us to community boards and I get NO ANSWERS.

Garbled lines of text are being printed on each page of my printer tray and NO WHERE I can find out to reset the printer.

HP -what kind of company are you are running?

How do I reset the printer?

How can I install new firmware?

 

The only thing the printer is doing is printing 1-3 lines of gibberish on every single page in the tray. When the tray is empty, it says to add more paper.
