Printer problem

The printer does not print the end of the page. (5-110 mm)

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!

• Do you face the same issue while making a copy?
• From which device are you printing? Is that Windows, MAC, iOS, or an Android device?

Let's try these steps:

Step 1: Power Reset

• Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector.
• Turn the printer on.
• Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
• With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
• Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 60 seconds
• Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
• Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
• Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
• Try to print and check if it works.
• If the issue persists, proceed to the next step

Step 2: Align the printer

• For Windows,
  • On the Windows, Press the windows button and search for the HP Printer
  • Click and open the HP Printer Application
  • click Print & Scan and then click Maintain Your Printer to access the printer toolbox.
    • The printer toolbox appears.
  • Click Align Ink Cartridges on the Device Services tab. The printer prints an alignment page.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to load the cartridge alignment page print side down on the scanner glass, and then click Scan to scan the alignment page.
  • The printer aligns the ink cartridges. Recycle or discard the cartridge alignment sheet.
  • Once the alignment is complete, try to print

• For MAC
  • Go To Finder > Applications > HP Folder > HP Utility
  • Open the HP Utility
  • Select the HP DeskJet 2130 series from the list of devices at the left of the window.
  • Click Align and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Once the alignment is complete, try to print

• For iOS/Android. Refer to this link if you do not have HP Smart App Using the HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS)
  • Open the HP Smart App
  • Select the Printer Settings Tile
  • Select Printer Quality Tools under Tools menu. This re-directs you to a web-page.
  • Select Align the printer from the webpage to complete the alignment.
  • Once the alignment is complete, try to print
