I am trying to print from multiple devices (mac, android mobile, and windows pc). the printer will connect and act like it is printing, but then will not actually print anything out. the display will show "printing" for several minutes, but the machine itself will not print.

 

on my mobile, i am receiving a "printer is blocked" error. the printer has claimed to be "low on memory" on the display.

 

i have tried turning the machine (all machines involved) off and on. i have updated the firmware. i have reset it to factory specs and updated the firmware again. i tried turning it off and on AGAIN. it keeps not printing.
