My HP Officejet 6500A Plus E710n was working fine before today. It is connected to my Verizon router through an ethernet cable. I went to print and received message on my computer "HP Officejet 6500 E7n-z (Network) is paused."
I have tried restarting both the printer and the computer and have checked connections. Please let me know the best way to fix this.

Hello @ALRC55 .
Go directly to "Control Panel > Devices and Printers".
Locate the icon of the printer with the problem and right click on it.
A menu of options will pop up, place the cursor on "View what is printing".
You will then see three options: Printer, Document and View.
Select "Printer" and another menu of options will immediately appear. Uncheck the "Pause printing" option and the printer should start printing normally.
