My printer only reads Error code 0XB8047B30, the Home, ? and back buttons flash and are non-responsive. I searched by the error code and got no results. I uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart, it will not launch. I installed the HP Print/scan Dr, it was not helpful. I tried to update the driver, it could not find the printer to continue to install.
Any help would be appreciated.
Warrantee is up.

Reading down the topics list it seems that there are many of us all having the same issues. Yes re-cycling the power fixes the issue but only temporarily for me, the error code returns 30 minutes later and I have to go through the same process again.
Very frustrating as there isn't anything in the manuals, online help or the chat that covers this error....I am wondering whether the latest firmware update is the cause?

I am having the same problem. Less than a year old.
Reads the same error code.
The Home/?/power led light flashing alternatively with the back arrow led light.
Hold power button 10 seconds and it reboots. I get the loading screen and it reboots. Its done this several times. I noticed it was blinking yesterday evening when I walked pass my home office.

I have the same problem. Cutting the power supply only solves it for a few minutes. Print & Scan doctor doesn't find anything wrong with the printer. Nothing to be found online. Am a Mac user

Considering the number of people who have all had the same issue appear around the same time it’s disappointing that we are not getting any responses from support. I saw one post from the other day that suggested a few things, which I did and didn’t work and then said if it doesn’t work it must be a hardware issue. Can’t believe that so many people have all had the same hardware issue all at the same time!
