Everytime I send a print command to my printer, it just reboots and resets. I have already reset the factory settings. Also the printer is online and normally prints (e.g. error reports, configuration reports). Please help

This appears to be a hardware problem.

if you are using Wi-fi please switch to USB or hard wired Ethernet.

if you still have a problem try another computer

Since you are using a Mac try using a PC that is windows you need to isolate the problem somehow
