I need repairs on my HP PSC 1315V ink jet - is there anyplace that can fix the paper feed for me?

Maybe, though if this printer is the one I think it is, the repair will likely cost more than the printer is worth.

(This is a personal opinion and not based on having investigated the matter).

Considered Obsolete (no new drivers, updates, or updates to documentation) in 2005

Assuming the tech can scratch up any needed parts, and if you want to do so, check for Printer repair stores in your local area.  For example, in the Western USA, places like Staples (office supply store) might still provide printer repair services.

Nice printer - perhaps past its "prime" service life.
