When ever I clear a jam or reload paper into the printer during a print job, then  select ok on the printers screen. The printer will finish printing the original document then reprint what I just printed creating an unwanted copy. before printing I always make sure there isn't multiple copies of the document. This only happens after clearing jams or reloading.

If your printer is automatically reprinting after reloading paper or encountering an error, it could be due to a configuration or settings issue. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Printer Settings: Open the printer settings on your computer and verify that the correct paper size and type are selected. Ensure that the settings match the paper you are using. Incorrect settings can cause the printer to continuously reprint.

Clear Print Queue: There might be multiple print jobs stuck in the print queue, causing the printer to continuously reprint. Open the print queue on your computer, cancel or delete all pending print jobs, and then try printing again.

Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or incompatible printer drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the manufacturer's website and check if there are any updated drivers available for your printer model. Download and install the latest drivers, and then try printing again.

John
