Deskjet 3050 J610 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

A pen fell into the slot where the paper is taken in by the printer. I managed to remove this but when doing so the pen got pushed into the space to the right hand side of the rollers. When I tried to print the rollers appear to only pick up the paper on the left hand side which means the paper goes in slightly and at a squint angle. The printer then tells me its out of paper.  I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions of resetting, cleaning the rollers and checking the paper with no success. I've checked for paper jams or any other bits that might have fallen into the printer but can't see anything. There's nothing missing from the pen/pen lid. The cartridge holder moves freely as well.  Is there anything else i can try to get the printer working correctly again?

There is something still inside the printer that is causing problems. Both rollers are on the same shaft and if one turns the other turns too. You have jam access door on the bottom side of the printer, also you can turn your printer upside down and gently shake it to hear for some rattling sound caused by a foreign object.

Thank you. After a bit of shaking and further investigation I found another very small foreign object in the printer. Got this out and it printed fine.
