HP Envy Pro 6400 series

The HP app is telling me the tray is open and there is also an amber light on the side of the tray to show this. The tray is definitely closed, there is no paper jams and I have reset the printer multiple times, nothing seems to work?

My printer is a HP Envy Pro 6400 series.

Hello Alex.

 

Try going to devices and printers, and check your printer status in there.
