Hey! So randomly my printer says it's offline on my Windows laptop. It's not though as I can print from my phone and my partner's computer. I've tried downloading the diagnose and fix but when I select my printer it says I need to turn it on for it to be selected. But it's defiantly on! I've tried unplugging it for 30 secs, and resetting my laptop. Then I removed it as a printer hoping to readd it but it won't find it. On the app it won't find it either. It finds it on the diagnose and fix but again won't let me select it as it says its turned off. Can anyone help as I really need to be able to print for work. Thank you!
