As of last week, I can print just fine from my laptop, but not from my desktop. The HP Smart App says the printer is ready, but when I try to print, it was saying the printer is out of paper (it's not). Now today it is just saying there is an error. I used to be able to print from this computer.
I have run the diagnostic tool several times, restarted everything several times, "forgot" the printer and set it up again, but no luck. Help!

To assist better-
- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
