The printer shows flashing lights around the display screen which says “Printer Error”. The body of the text says “Please turn Printer Off and then On.” I have repeated that process many times but when I press the power button the printer turns off and then on by itself. I then get the regular print screen back on display and can print one job. Then the lights start blinking again with the same error message. I have repeated this process many times.

I am having a similar issue. I am getting an error code on a blue screen. Found I can make the issue go away by removing it from the network which does me no good as the printer is used over the network. I get error B8A0F76A

My screen is white and there is no error code, only the the exact words I quoted in my post. My printer is in an adjacent room so I have no interest in disconnecting it from my network.
