macOSMojave 10.14.2  The color ink cartridge level is 3/4 full.  When print in color is chosen,  received message time to replace. It was relaced five days ago.  It printed fine until today.  Ideas, please. Thank you.

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I got to know from your post that you are not able to print in color and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you able to copy documents in color?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Could you also print a print quality test report and let me know if it has color in it. In order to print the report:

1.) On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

2.) Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.

I was able to copy in color.  The printer is connected by Wireless.  I printed thePrint Quality Report.  This message:  Tri-color [Cyan/Magenta/Yellow]Cartridges listed above are damaged or have failed. Remove them and replace with new cartridges.

Next message:  Ink Cartridge Problem The following ink Cartridge must be replaced.hp comm. support.jpg
