Product: DeskJet 3755
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

It has been printing things like this, with skipped sections and parts of each line missing:

I installed a firmware update, and it hasn't fixed anything.

 

What should I do?

 

Edit: I also seem to be having difficulties uploading photos so that ya'll can see what's wrong. How can I upload them?

HP Recommended

You need to replace both ink cartridges, black is a must for replacement, the colour is recommended because your magenta is awful.
