Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

I have 2 printers, M479fdw and 4303dw. I am able to print using a laptop successfully, therefore I can confirm that printer is working fine.  The printer is installed automatically once the laptop is plugged in. 

However when I try to use a second laptop, this is what I experienced on the second laptop on both printers.

I sent something to print, I can see the printer status is idle, briefly saw something like 1 print job to queue, and status back to idle again. 

Nothing it printed, and there is no error. 

Printer is connected via USB cable.  

Any help is appreciated.
