Hi @Will4998

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for explaining that—seeing your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 stop mid-print and flash the error code 620192F4 is understandably frustrating. That particular code typically points to a firmware-level fault that interrupts normal operation.

Let’s walk through a few steps that have helped others resolve it:

Step 1: Perform a Full Power Reset

This clears residual memory and voltage buildup.

  1. Turn off the printer using the power button.
  2. Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall outlet.
  3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors).
  5. Reconnect to the printer and power it on.

Some users have found success by also unplugging the cord from the printer side, not just the wall.

Step 2: Check for Firmware Updates

Outdated firmware can trigger this error during certain print jobs.

Step 3: Inspect for Paper or Card Stock Conflicts

This error has been reported during printing on card stock or specialty media.

  • Try printing a standard document on plain paper
  • If the error only occurs with thicker media, reduce the print job size or switch to manual feed

Let me know how far you get with these steps. If the printer responds at any point, we can shift focus to print queue cleanup or cartridge checks.

You're doing the right thing by tackling it head-on—let’s get it back up and running.
