I seem to recall that i did a firmware update a couple weeks ago and now i keep getting this error and can't print.  There's no paper in the printer, at least anywhere that i can see. I tried cycling through the power reset a number of times, didn't work.  I tried moving the ink cartridges while the printer is off, won't move.  I can't do any firmware updates because it's in error status.  Nothing works!! It's only a couple years old and out of warranty, but doesn't seem right that it should suddenly stop working.  Help please!

Hi @nmkocon

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Have a great day!
