I have a LaserJet Pro MFP M225 with the same problem and this procedure of removing the glass and repositioning the light bar to the center position and then reinstalling the glass and turning the printer back on solved the problem. Tried all the other procedures listed and none of them worked. Thanks so much pengtech89 you are a lifesaver!!!!
