Hello,
I installed new ink cartidges and since then, my printer ([Personal Information Removed]- Officejet 9012e) is stuck in status 'Validating... Please wait.'
I already did a reset to factory settings, unplugged the printer for a couple of hours, re-installed the cartridges...
Nothing helps.
Any idea how I can solve this?
P.S. I cannot add the printer to my devices, always get the same 'service temporarily unavailable' message.

Hi @WoBael,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you need information on performing a factory reset on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on.
Try this
