HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We used our printer for over one year without trouble but now it says 'Checking the printer. Please wait..' and keeps on buffering but it do not turn on. I left it overnight and no change. My computer says it is offline. I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor, but it does not print the test page and there is no progress. I tried unplugging and plugging after waiting directly into the wall outlet but this didn't make a difference. Any help would be very much appreciated.
