Printer stuck on envelope 10 paper size

When trying to print from my ipad or iphone, paper size switches to envelope 10

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10

No matter what I do the paper size always switches to envelope and doesn't allow me to change.  This happens on my ipad and iphone.  When printing from my laptop,  it prints letter size with no problem.  Occurred after Microsoft updates.

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown screen to change the paper setting for the printer itself, if it lists Envelope #10, click No or Edit and follow the prompt to select the correct Paper Size and Type as loaded in the tray, confirm and then re-open HP Smart and check.

Did that and does not work.

I even removed the paper tray and it still wouldn’t work.  Won’t let me change paper size on printer.  I uninstalled and reinstalled printer.  Tried to set back to manufacturers settings.   The *** printer will not change paper size.
