Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My printer is stuck on this screen. I have tried to unplug from wall and let it sit for a minute and then plug back in, didn’t work. I also unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and that didn’t work. I have unplugged it and held the power button for 15 seconds and none of that worked. Is there anything else that can be done to try to get it out of this frozen screen?

did you fix the issue have the same issue, have tried everything but nothing helps.

Unfortunately not.

was on the phone with someone from HP and they had me do a bunch of things, said there was nothing else to be done and tried to sell me a new printer.

she actually tried to get me to buy it on the spot and I said no thanks.

ended up buying a new one anyway.
