Product: HP LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer gets stuck on "Initialization" after not being used for a while - sometimes a few minutes, sometimes overnight.
It also just hangs, doing nothing. Often the fan is going at high rate.
Sometimes will work again if I press "Power" button - doesn't turn off, just stops high speed fan.
Sometimes works when I open toner door.
Sometimes works after unplugging for 30 seconds.
Sometimes, like now, I can't get it working after all the above attempts.
Is this software?
I did update drivers part way through this problem - has been going on for a couple of months.
Can anybody help?
