Printer stuck on start up screen

I have a HP envy Photo 7855 and it got stuck on the start up screen it only gets to 1 dot on the load and then it just stops. Help me please!!

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Envy Photo 7855 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I am having the exact same issue with my HP Envy Photo 7134 All-in-one printer. I have tried all the different ways to solve the problem but nothing has worked. It shows as offline on my computer so nothing happens when i try and run a troubleshooter. Please help.
