Hi there

My wireless 415 printer is stuck with orange lights next to print head icon and next to paper icon. The screen itself is off and no buttons work.

I've troubleshooted, switching off, unplugging, switching back on.

Tried hard reboot, unplugged everything, kept power button in for 30 to 60 seconds, still unchanged.

Checked ink cartridges, everything is fine.

What are the next steps that I can follow to resolve this?

Hi

Thank you for the option but it's basically telling me to contact customer support for my issue.

I've already attempted the restarts, reboots etc...none of which worked.
