Hello,

I have problem with my new printer. When i want to clean my printhead with print and scan doctor 5.2 over wifi it stuck on page at the same line after 5 seconds and continues printing on same line without stop. I cancelled i notified that too much wet ink on the page at the same point. I clened it manually and tried again but i could not solve the problem. Is it a software or hardware problem ? How i can fix it ? Could you help me about that please. Thank you..

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Also, why are you cleaning the printhead? Are you facing any issue with the Printer?
