Hi,
Suddenly the printer seems to print some documents, however, some are not printed. Although it is send to the printer and I get no error, but still nothing rolls out of the printer and there is no document waiting to be printed.
I tried in word and in Acrobat Reader, both show initial printing motion but nothing is printed. For your information, the document that is not printed it is a document that I saved in Dropbox, could that be the problem? (although it is opened in Word/Acrobat). Why does it not print? I use wireless connection, and remember I am able to print some documents.
Thanks for your help

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Flower_Bud is at your service.
As I understand, some of the document does not print,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
How is the photocopy?
Are you able to print the document saved on your notebook?
If not, I suggest you try printing the document saved on your PC.
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor. Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03286146
Uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP OfficeJet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

Let me know how this goes,
Have a great day 🙂
Cheers 🙂

I am the The_Fossette. It looks like you were interacting with @Flower_Bud, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
I understand that you are unable to print the documents which are saved on Dropbox.
I recommend you download the document and save it on your computer and then try printing and check?
Also, let me know whether you can print from documents which are saved on your computer?
While I wait for the answers, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the PC
14.) Download and install the printer software from the below link.
15.) Connect the USB cable ONLY when prompted and follow the on-screen instructions.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi The-Fossette, I have reinstalled the program. The printer works, but this was also the case before the problem was that some of my documents were not printed although the initial signs did give the impression that it would. Hope that I have solved the problem and that I do not need to contact you again. Thanks for the help so far.
