For a few days now I have been experiencing a problem.
When a print job is given, the printer starts initializing itself for 3-4 minutes before it starts printing.
Also when a job with multiple pages is given, the printer initializes itself for 3-4 minutes between each page.

If your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer is taking an unusually long time to initialize or pauses for several minutes between printing each page, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve these issues:
1. Check Printer Status
Ensure the printer is in a ready state and free from any error messages.
2. Restart the Printer
Turn off the printer using the Power button and then unplug it from the power source. Wait for about one minute before plugging it back in and turning it on.
3. Update Printer Firmware
Make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates on the HP website or through the HP Smart app.
4. Check Printer Connection
Ensure the printer is properly connected to your network or computer. For wireless connections, make sure the signal is strong and there are no disruptions.
5. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix common printing and scanning issues. HP Print and Scan Doctor
Hope this helps!
