The printer keeps asking to load paper to tray 1.  Tray 1 is closed.  In order to print I have to push the ok to switch to tray 2 then it will print.

Disable Manual Feed.  Manual Feed will be enabled when paper tray 1 door is opened and disabled again when closed.  Enabling Manual Feed will make it the default regardless of door position.

  • Select “General Print Settings” from the navigation pane of the “Print” tab
  • Uncheck the “Enable Manual Feed” checkbox
