The problem is fixed.  Last week while messing with the peer to peer testing and IP  and DNS configurations, after awhile i said to myself.... What could be initializing?  The answer was the TPM.   

 

No idea why, maybe something with the new HDD install, but I disabled the TPM. restarted and it was now online.

Enabled TPM, restarted, still online and working since.  

 

Thanks to All with any ideas you had.
