Photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I continually get message when invoking a print job that the color tray is empty. The default is set to Main Tray. If I power off the printer it will print the first page of the job from the main tray then issue the color tray empty message for the rest of the job. The test print function works correctly from the main tray.

Firmware was up-to-date. Main tray is selected. I followed support instructions to clean rollers. Still will not feed paper.
