Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8715

The printer will not give the option to choose color or black & white when printing from any program.  The printer only prints in color.

Please use the following options fro printer properties

 

(a) Grayscale off: Printer will print with colors,

(b) Grayscale: Printer will print B&W but it will mix all colors to make B&W,

(c) Black Ink Only: It will print B&W and use Black ink only.
