Printer will not print any numbers in a document and will not give the option to print in black

Do you have the same problem printing a copy?

Have you tried cleaning the cartridge?

I have cleaned the cartridge. A scanned document prints fine, any downloaded file will not print any numbers such as in a form or address.

What extension does the downloaded file have? ie. doc/pdf
