I replaced the color ink cartridge last week.  I replaced the black ink cartridge a few days ago. HP 62

I cannot print.  I keep getting a message" Printing- The printer is in use."

Either the printer or the PC believes the printer is currently working on a job.  There likely is a stuck job on the printer or the PC.

 

Clear the printing queue by rebooting the printer and the PC.  Boot up the printer without any network or USB connections to make sure it can boot to the Ready screen.  Then reconnect everything and try again.
