Product: Officejet 4630
Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow
I am using an HP 4630 all In one inkjet with a 61 color cartridge and a BRAND NEW 61XL for black. No matter how I configure it, the color prints and the black does not. I have tried printing a number of "normal" jobs and a number of diagnostic pages from the built in menu... everything works perfectly, just without any black ink. Ever.
