Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
The printer starts up like it is going to print but then stops. The items are sitting in the queue, so they are sent to the printer. I have turned it on and off and unpluged it to reset. No error messages. LAN connection.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to troubleshoot the issue.
